Nuri Steakhouse officially opened in 2024, realizing Kim’s aspirational vision. The restaurant, designed by the well known interior desinger firm AvroKO, covers 9,500 square feet and blends modern aesthetics with vintage charm. It includes a grand bar, a private dining area, and multiple dining rooms, seating 150 guests indoors and 50 on the outdoor terrace.

At the heart of Nuri’s success is the exceptional culinary talent of Chef Minji Kim. Coming from South Korea and recognized by Michelin, Chef Kim brings a unique twist to classic steakhouse fare. The menu is an elevated fusion of traditional steakhouse offerings with Korean-inspired flavors. Signature dishes include Texas Akuashi steaks, wagyu cooked tableside on a sizzling hot rock, and indulgent Korean-style lobster. The seafood towers are another showstopper, offering an extravagant feast for the senses.
